The island of Jersey covers a compact 45 square miles and lies in the secluded English Channel, between England and France. Much of this unspoiled coastal beauty is picturesque countryside. With miles of perfect coastline there is an abundance of delicious seafood. Fishing has always been a pillar industry in Jersey as there is never a short supply.

Our Jersey cows are well known for their rich, creamy milk. Jersey fudge is a popular snack, known for its beautiful flavour and makes a fantastic souvenir to take back home.

All around Jersey you will see many fields covered in Jersey Royals. The island is famous for its early crop of small potatoes. They may be small, but these potatoes are full of flavour and perfect when boiled and served with butter.
